Our Affiliate Program is designed for influencers and customers who wish to earn commissions by promoting our entire range of Ayurvedic products. By participating in the program, you agree to the terms outlined in this Affiliate Program Policy, as well as our Terms and Conditions.

Who Can Join?

Our Affiliate Program is open to:

  • Influencers with an active online presence (e.g., social media, blogs, YouTube) who can promote our products to their audience.
  • Customers who wish to share our products with friends, family, or their network.
  • Individuals or entities who comply with our program guidelines and applicable laws.

How to Join

To join the Shuddh Rasayan Affiliate Program:

  • Contact us at info@shuddhrasayan.com with your name, contact details, and a brief description of how you plan to promote our products.
  • Our team will review your application and, upon approval, provide you with a unique affiliate link or code.
  • Use your affiliate link or code to promote our products on your platform(s).
  • Earn commissions on eligible sales generated through your affiliate link or code.

Commission Structure

Commissions are based on the total product quantity sold through your affiliate link or code per month, calculated as follows:

  • 1–50 units: 10% commission on the net product price (excluding taxes and shipping).
  • 51–100 units: 15% commission on the net product price.
  • 101–200 units: 20% commission on the net product price.
  • 201+ units: 30% commission on the net product price.

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days of the end of the month, provided the minimum payout threshold of ₹1000 is met. Payments are made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.

Program Guidelines

Affiliates must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Promote our products in a truthful and ethical manner, avoiding false or misleading claims.
  • Do not use your affiliate link or code for personal purchases or to artificially inflate sales.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and consumer protection regulations.
  • Do not engage in spamming, unsolicited emails, or other unapproved promotional methods.
  • Obtain our approval for any promotional materials that use our brand name, logo, or product images.

Non-compliance may result in termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Tracking and Reporting

We provide affiliates with a unique link or code to track sales. You can monitor your performance through our affiliate dashboard or by contacting us. Sales reports are updated monthly, and affiliates are responsible for ensuring their links/codes are used correctly to track sales.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Commissions are not earned on orders that are refunded, canceled, or charged back, as per our Refund Policy. If a sale is reversed, any associated commission will be deducted from your next payout.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at our discretion, including for violations of this policy or our Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you will receive any earned commissions above the minimum payout threshold, provided no violations occurred.
